Tom Di Staulo
Founder of the firm and the driving force behind its legacy, Tom brings over four decades of hands-on construction leadership. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, he has successfully completed hundreds of custom homes in some of the most prestigious communities in the country. His commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and accountability continues to shape the company’s culture and standards.
Nick Di Staulo
Nick leads the company with discipline, precision, and a modern execution mindset. As one of the youngest licensed General Contractors in the state, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Everglades University and furthered his education through Columbia University’s Engineering program in Project and Program Management. As a third-generation builder, he oversees operations with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and client alignment.
Anthony Di Staulo
Anthony leads client relations and strategic growth with an unwavering focus on service and results. He graduated from Indiana University and furthered his education through Columbia University’s Engineering program as well as the New York School of Interior Design. He is also a licensed real estate professional, bringing a well-rounded, client-first perspective to development and long-term partnerships. His mission is to maximize value through discerning design.
